PHIL EASTWOOD COACHING

THE PROBLEM...
Employers sometimes find themselves with individuals who are navigating moments of change.
These people know the way they are showing up at work isn't working for them.....or for those around them.
The effects of their struggle often ripples through the entire organization.
Teams around them become disengaged, productivity declines, and workplace conflicts escalate.

Often, these challenges arise from a lack of self-awareness, ineffective communication, and difficulty navigating conflict and decision-making.

Process
The simple method behind our success
01
Assessment & Discovery.
We begin by identifying the client's current challenges, their strengths, and their blind spots.
Among a wide range of tools, we often use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Global Step II Assessment and the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI).
02
Creating Personalized Goals. Clarifying Challenges & Expectations.
Based on assessment results and input from both the client and their employer, we establish clear, achievable and actionable goals as a result of the coaching relationship.
03
One-on-One Coaching & Skill Development Sessions.
Virtual or In Person.
Conducting regular coaching sessions - using them to explore solutions, brainstorm ideas and address any roadblocks.
04
Application, Feedback & Growth.
True transformation only happens when learning is put into action. Here we monitor the client's progress, and provide constructive feedback, adjusting the coaching strategy as needed to ensure continuous growth.
