1. Assessment &
Self-Discovery
We begin by identifying the client's current challenges, strengths, and blind spots.
A key part of this process includes:

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) Global Step II Assessment: This helps participants understand their personality type, decision-making style, and how they interact with others.

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI): This helps participants understand how they currently handle conflict and provides insight into more effective approaches.
I am one of Canada’s MBTI Certified trainers, able to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® to develop individuals, teams, and leaders.
Using the assessments as the foundation of our coaching conversations, we can increase participant’s emotional intelligence, helping them recognize their natural tendencies and how they impact their teams and workplace relationships.

Based on the assessment results, we then establish clear, actionable goals.
These goals typically focus on:
